Munich. Where it all began.

Alexander Christian Clasen is born in the summer of 1993 in Munich — the city that would later become the centre of his work and his passion. That this city's property market would one day be his arena was something no one could have foreseen. Probably not even him.

The rejection that set everything in motion.

On his 18th birthday, Alexander files his first real estate financing application. The bank's answer: rejected. No equity, no income, no chance. For many, that would be the end of the idea. For him, it was the beginning of an obsession.

»Rich Dad Poor Dad« — and the realisation.

After secondary school, a book — and a glimpse into the world of well-positioned friends — opens up an entirely new perspective: passive income through real estate. Alexander immerses himself in the literature. Law and psychology studies begin, but steadily recede into the background. The real education happens in books, balance sheets and land registry extracts.

Walking away — against everyone's advice.

Just before completing his degree, Alexander walks away from his costly psychology studies. Not out of indifference — out of clarity. He recognises the potential of building his own real estate portfolio for the early retirement he has in mind. Everyone advises against it. He does it anyway. Swimming consistently against the current becomes the leitmotif of his entire career.

100 years of history. Surpassed in one.

Alexander joins one of Munich's most renowned brokerage houses as a lateral entrant — over a century of company history, established structures, long-standing records. A year later, several have been broken: the highest-priced apartment sold, the shortest marketing time, the largest rental mandate — benchmarks that had stood for decades. The insight: Munich's brokerage market had grown stale. And was ready for a revolution.

The other side. Swiss precision.

Before the already-planned step into independence, a deliberate detour: a modern Swiss franchise system. Counter to everything he had known until then. Different processes, different attitude, different standards. Alexander absorbs both — and afterwards knows even more precisely what his own company will look like. And what it will not.

The first own company. With a clear mandate.

Founding the first brokerage of his own — with an unusual strategy: an exclusive focus on sellers who had already given up on the brokerage profession. People convinced they didn't need a broker. Often enough, they were wrong. Over 330 properties were placed in the years that followed. The first-year result: seven-figure revenue — and the confirmation that another way was possible.

His own construction firm. Because true independence makes no compromises.

In the very same founding year comes the next logical step: setting up an in-house construction company. The reason is as simple as it is strategic — anyone promising clients an "all-from-one-source" experience cannot then depend on outside firms along the way. Quality, timing and cost control remain entirely in our own hands. For clients that means: one point of contact, one responsibility, one result — from the first consultation to the finished property.
